Sunday nights from January- April are dedicated to teaching an
d preparing grade school students for Bible Drill. For students in grades 1 & 2 this includes learning the Books of the Bible and general Bible knowledge. For students in grades 3-5 this includes working on Bible drill skills. Students learn to locate the Books of the Bible, Scripture memorization, and key passage locations.
Bible Drill begins meeting on January 9th, 2011 @ 6 p.m..
Church Bible Drill- March 27th @ Westport Road Baptist Church
Associational Bible Drill- April 17 @ Westport Road Baptist Church
State Bible Drill-April 29th @ St. Matthews Baptist Church
Those students in grades 3-5 who desire to can compete in local, associational, and state Bible drill with other students who as well have prepared in these key areas.
