“Watch Your Mouth!”
James 3:1-17

 I. The words we speak says a lot about our relationship with God.  1-2

 II. The tongue is small, but powerful and influences our whole life.  3-5

 III. Our words can cause great pain and turmoil.  6-8

 IV. Our inconsistent faith is seen through our words.  9-12

 V. We need Godly wisdom to control our tongue.  13-18

 A.  Worldly wisdom will bring us down.

1.  It comes from envy and selfishness.
2.  It leads to disorder and evil.

 B.  Godly wisdom will lift you up.

1.  It comes from heaven.
2.  It leads to peace and a harvest of  righteousness.
