“Can I Watch The Ballgame On Sunday?”
Exodus 20:8-11

 I. God commands us to keep the Sabbath day holy.  Exodus 20:8

            This usually means go to church, don’t work, and don't have fun.

II. God gave us the Sabbath because He loves us and wants our lives to be better. 
Mark 2:23-28

III. Our busy schedules are lowering our quality of life.  Exodus 20:9-10

IV.  The Sabbath recharges our lives.  Exodus 20:11

A.  The Sabbath gives our bodies rest and re-creation.
B.  The Sabbath helps us reconnect and focus God.

V.  Remember, this is not a suggestion.  God commands us to rest.  Exodus 20:8
