Ministry Area: Children
Day and time to serve: Flexibility to coordinate with families’ availability.
Position and Purpose: The WinShape Follow-up Volunteer will serve the mission by following up with identified churches and/or families of children that express an interest in learning more about a personal relationship with Christ.
Tasks:
- Obtain list of unchurched families to follow up with from Children’s Minister or designee.
- Contact family via mail, phone.
- Obtain list of campers that expressed an interest in learning more about a relationship with Christ and those that made decisions. Send follow up letters to parents and ministry leaders for home churches if listed.
WinShape follow up volunteers skills will include:
- Ability to follow up with campers and/or churches in a timely manner.
- Well organized.
- Good written communication skills.
