Passing on Faith. Living it Together.

At WRBC, we believe that faith is not just taught—it’s caught. That’s why we’re committed to building and equipping faith-focused families—households that intentionally pursue Christ together and bring Him into everyday moments. Whatever your family looks like, our heart is to come alongside you as you live out your faith together, not just on Sundays, but in the rhythm of daily life.

Why Faith-Focused Families?

Because the home is the primary place of discipleship. Church can supplement what happens in your family, but it can’t replace it. When faith is nurtured across the table, in the car, during bedtime prayers, and in shared service, it takes deep root.

And when families worship, learn, and serve together, generations are shaped by a shared story of God’s faithfulness.

Grow Together

Our Faith-Focused Families initiative is about creating intentional moments for households to:
  • Worship together (see our new Fifth Sundays!)
  • Serve together - in greeting, giving, and mission
  • Pray together - both at home and in services
  • Talk about faith in real, everyday ways
  • Celebrate together - baptisms and milestones
  • Build intergenerational relationships within the church body

Introducing

ONE CHURCH. ONE ROOM. ALL GENERATIONS

We’re excited to launch a new initiative called Fifth Sundays—a special worship experience during both services where the church family gathers together in one room. Every month with a fifth Sunday, we’ll pause our regular children’s and student programming and invite all generations to worship side by side. Because we believe faith is formed in families and strengthened in community. When generations worship and serve together, everyone grows.

Come ready to worship, connect, and participate as a family. Whether you’re 5 or 95, you belong in the room.

WHAT ARE Fifth Sundays?

Every time a fifth Sunday rolls around, we’re inviting every generation—kids, students, parents, grandparents, and everyone in between—to worship together in the same space. There will be no separate kids or student programs during these services. Instead, we’ll enjoy a family-friendly, interactive service designed to help us grow stronger as faith-focused families and a more connected church community.
🗓 Starts Sunday, August 31
⏰ During both worship services

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • A shorter, kid-friendly service
  • A special children’s sermon just for the younger ones
  • No separate programming for kids or students
  • Our church family worshiping as one
  • Opportunities to serve with your child or grandchild
  • A spirit of hospitality—see someone sitting alone?
Invite them to join your family!
