About Our Programs
Our Mother’s Day Out program is for children six weeks to two years of age. It meets two times a week from September through May. Fees are based on hours/day. Our Preschool is a Christian-based preschool for two, three and four year olds. It is offered from September through May. We follow the JCPS school calendar for holidays and breaks.

CALENDAR & INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Inclement Weather: We will follow JCPC if they are closed for inclement weather, but we may decide to close if the weather will create unsafe conditions for staff and families to travel.

A REACH ALERT will ALWAYS be sent for inclement weather. Please see Parent Handbook for more information.

Calendar: Our school calendar is not based on the JCPS school calendar. Some of the days we are not in session will be the same, but many will not. Please check our calendar for important dates.

If you are interested in joining our program we invite you to schedule a tour to being the registration process.

Admission Request Process:
Once you’ve toured and applied, if your request can be filled, you will be notified by our Assistant Director. Your registration fee is non-refundable when your request for placement is granted.
If your request for a spot in our program cannot be filled, you can ask to be placed on our waiting list.
Current Students + Church Members
Current students and WRBC Members may apply NOW. We will accept in-house registration forms from families currently enrolled in our program including siblings. Then we will fill requests from church members not currently enrolled.
Community Registration
Families of the local community may apply beginning in Mid-January, 2024. Current school families and new church families are given consideration for openings prior to community registrations.

Registration Fee for MDO: $185.00
Registration Fee for 2-Day Two’s: $185.00
Registration Fee for 4-Day Two’s: $260.00
Registration Fee for 3-Day Three’s: $210.00
Registration Fee for 4-Day Four’s: $260.00
NEW FAMILIES ENROLLING WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE SEPTEMBER TUITION AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. THIS WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ACCOUNT IN SEPTEMBER AND IS NOT AN ADDITIONAL FEE.
25% Discount on Registration Fee given to families with multiple children enrolling for second and subsequent children enrolling.
10% Discount on Registration Fee to all families who have a parent who is active in the military and those in full time ministry.
*Registration Fees are non-refundable if you want to guarantee your child’s spot in our program. You will be billed an annual tuition fee which will be payable in 9 equal monthly payments regardless of the number of days in any month.

- Tuesday & Thursday from 9:00am – 1:00pm.
- Fees are $249.00/month or $2,241.00/year.
- 4-Day Twos
- Monday & Wednesday from 9:00am – 12:00pm.
- Tuesday & Thursday from 9:00am – 1:00pm.
- Fees are $436.00/month or $3,924.00/year.
Weekday Preschool

- Tuesday & Thursday from 9:00am – 1:00pm.
- Wednesday from 9:00am – 12:00pm.
- Fees are $309.00/month or $2,781.00/year.
- 4-Day Fours
- Monday & Wednesday from 9:00am – 12:00pm.
- Tuesday & Thursday from 9:00am – 1:00pm.
- Fees are $382.00/month or $3,438.00/year.

*Rates UPDATED 12.05.2023. MDO Annual Tuition Fees are based on the actual number of days your child attends divided by 9 months. You will be charged the same amount each month regardless of the number of days in that month.
MDO fees are reduced by $2.00 per day per child if you are enrolling more than one child in our program.
