FULFILLING OUR CHURCH’S MISSION UNTIL JESUS COMES AGAIN
There is a direct correlation between the fulfillment of our church’s mission and the faithfulness of us members in the discipline of financial stewardship in support of that vital mission. And faithfulness in financial stewardship is inherent in being a disciple of Jesus Christ.
In December 2020 our church in business session approved the establishment of two endowment funds: one for missions over and above the regular operating budget and another to supplement the ongoing ministries of the church in perpetuity “until Jesus comes again.” We refer to these as “forever funds.”
For your convenience these are the different ways in which you can invest in the future of our church’s great commission ministries: (1) a check payable to the church; (2) a cash offering using the blue endowment offering envelope available at the church’s visitor’s center outside the worship center; (3) an online gift via the “Give” option on the church’s website; (4) a gift of appreciated securities; and/or (5) a provision in your estate plan.
